These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the payment aggregation and routing infrastructure provided by Padmawati Enterprises ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By integrating our APIs or utilizing our dashboard, the corporate entity ("Client") agrees to be bound by these rules.
Padmawati Enterprises operates solely as a technological and financial intermediary. We aggregate, hold in escrow, and route funds according to instructions provided by the Client via our secure API endpoints. We do not assume liability for the underlying commercial transactions, delivery of goods, or quality of services rendered by the Client to its end-users.
The Client agrees to undergo mandatory Know Your Business (KYB) checks and supply accurate incorporation, tax, and beneficiary data. Padmawati Enterprises reserves the right to suspend or terminate node access if fraudulent activity is suspected or if statutory compliance limits are breached.
We strive for 99.99% uptime on our API routing engine. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Liability for technical failure is limited to the refund of processing fees for the disrupted period.
Any disputes arising out of this agreement will be subject to binding arbitration in the jurisdiction of New Delhi, India. The laws of India shall exclusively govern these terms.
